Function

Mission :

En coordination avec le Responsable SIPPT du site LL et le Responsable du TCC

• Assister et conseiller la ligne hiérarchique pour réaliser les analyses de risques
• Proposer des actions correctives de manière à prévenir les risques
• Mener le plan annuel d’actions sécurité défini et soutenu par le SIPPT
  
  
  

Activités principales et objectifs :

• Piloter la Cellule Sécurité TCC (1 personne) afin d’assurer les missions et tâches légales du SIPPT et participer aux réunions de coordination du SIPPT
• Assurer le suivi et la réalisation du plan annuel d’actions sécurité
• Procéder à des analyses de conformité des équipements et bâtiments, faire des propositions d’amélioration et marquer son approbation en ce qui concerne les aspects sécurité pour toute mise en service ou modification d’équipements
• Réaliser des audits sur la sécurité et le respect de l’environnement
• Suivre les indicateurs accidents et actions correctives
• Participer aux réunions de sécurité
• Réaliser des analyses de postes de travail et proposer des idées d’amélioration (ergonomie, sécurité, …)
• Participer aux ouvertures et fermetures de chantiers de sous-traitance
• Réaliser des visites de sécurité afin de détecter d’éventuelles situations dangereuses / comportements risqués et y remédier rapidement.
• Valider les rapports d’incidents HSE rédigés par les managers
• Promouvoir une culture HSE de terrain : être force de proposition d’information/formation du personnel

Formation ingénieur

Conseiller en prévention niveau 2 min

Affinité infrastructure et amélioration continue

Expérience :

Expérience confirmée dans une fonction similaire au sein d’un grand site industriel (minimum 5 ans)
