Jouw ideale job?


Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van de operaties in DC Gent en dit buiten de daguren. Gedurende deze tijd zal je de teamleads coachen en zorgen voor een goede cross-functionaliteit (SQDCEP) om de service naar de klant te garanderen.

Je bent tevens verantwoordelijk

  • Voor de directe aansturing van het groeipad teamlead in je shift. Je evalueert en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Om door opleiding en ontwikkeling van de medewerkers te garanderen dat de juiste competenties aanwezig zijn. Je baseert je hiervoor op de competentiematrix
  • Voor de planning en organisatie van de opleiding van onze (nieuwe) medewerkers (incl studenten)


Je werkt nauw samen met andere leidinggevenden wat betreft o.a.

  • Het overzicht houden op operationele planningskwesties
  • Het borgen van veiligheids – en kwaliteitsvoorschriften
  • Het cross-functioneel werk met ondersteunende organisaties aan te sturen om de deliverables vanuit een end-to-end klantperspectief veilig te stellen.
  • Ondersteuning CI-werk (PSM, kaizen-workshops, ...)


Het overzicht houden op de bezettingsnoden ifv de planning en ingrijpen waar nodig door het optimaal inzetten van de poolmedewerkers

  • Je bezit een sterke continuous improvement mindset
  • Je bezit de nodige sociale vaardigheden om een team te coachen en veranderingen te begeleiden
  • Je bent een goede communicator
  • Je kan in 2 ploegen werken (5u54-14u en 14u-22u06)
  • Je bent vlot in het Nederlands en het Engels
