An innovative company in the food industry based in Vilvoorde is looking for a Site Director - FOOD. In this role you report directly to the Director of Division.

In this position as Site Director - FOOD, some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and coordinating daily operations of the production site
  • Supervising processes to maximize productivity
  • Managing the given budget and resources to ensure achieving the production profit objectives in terms of quality and delivery requirements
  • Making sure that all the activities are compliant to the company policies and procedures
  • Monitoring of project activities to enhance the performance
  • Ensuring engineering projects are well run and planning a strategical roadmap for the future of the company.

About you:

  • You have a master’s degree in civil or industrial engineering with relevant specialization
  • You have several years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • You have excellent communication skills
  • You speak fluent English, French and Dutch.
