We are looking for a Site Quality Manager to join our team dedicated to a very large construction project in Belgium (Mons area). In this role, you will act as client representative on a large and complex construction program where we are providing the full suite of professional services including technical project management, cost- & planning management and construction management.

Role description:

Planning and Preparation

• Deliver the overall Quality Management Plan in compliance with the Owners specifications.
• Communicate all quality specifications are formally communicated to all service providers and the equipment manufacturers and integrators, the Specialty Package Contractors and the Commissioning Agent.
  
  

Execution

• You shall ensure all stakeholders are trained and aware of the Non Conformance Report process and monitor for compliance. You shall conduct regular data quality reviews of issues in BIM.
• Through quality surveillance activities and periodic audits the SQM will monitor and confirm that contractors Quality Control plans are in place and effective, and that quality standards meet the project contract requirements always.
  
  

Quality Culture

• The SQM shall promote a culture of Quality and train all operatives on Quality Culture as part of their initial induction to the construction project, this shall include off-site project team members such as integrator contractors.
  
  

Qualifications & Experience:

• You hold an engineering degree.
• You have minimum 5 years of experience in complex construction projects e.g. data centers, hospitals, pharmaceutical plants, nuclear,…
• You are an enthusiastic team player with a focus on optimisation and detail. You have strong communication skills.
• You are bilingual in English and French.
