As part of the Caeleste team, you will have the opportunity to work with our experienced software engineer to further develop and shape the team and goal of the software department.

You will contribute to the development and the production of new CMOS image sensors and technology. More specifically, you will concentrate on the improvement of our CI/CD pipelines, our TDD process and the maintenance of our low-level Python based system software framework. You will also be responsible to perform scripting tasks for our upcoming ERP system. Finally, you will be responsible to maintain and improve our internal web-based app (Python + JavaScript).

For this role, we are looking for someone who has an eye for detail and wants to understand processes in order to improve the quality of code and deployment. Furthermore, we are looking for someone who can work autonomously and is not afraid to roll up their sleeves to set up the IT software themselves.

Job specific requirements:

We are looking for a profile with:

· MS in computer engineering, computer science, software engineering or equivalent by experience

· Hands-on experience with TDD, CI/CD tools

· Experience with Python

· Experience with front-end web technologies

· Experience with version control systems (git or similar)
