  • As Software Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of quality through the definition and execution of global quality processes. One of your main activities will be to implement and deploy Quality improvements throughout the whole software product lifecycle and across all products in the DXG. Another one to actively be part building and rolling out the Operating Model (the Way of Working) by defining processes, procedures and work instructions around “best practices in the development area”. You support the 400+ Product Development employees and stakeholders to maximize quality for customer experience, by ensuring the adoption of quality processes and standards.
    More specifically you will:
    • Work on process and product quality assurance compliance;
    • Explore for the Voice of Customer challenges;
    • Explore improvement opportunities in QA & testing practices across domains;
    • Train ‘workforce’ in customer focused processes;
    • Actively participation in quality practice groups;
    • Work on processes and best practices on the following topics:
      • Quality management, auditing and continuous improvement
      • Product integration and coordination improvements
      • Adherence & review of test plans
      • Voice of Customer
      • Manage interface with Customer Support
      • Conduct Root Cause Analysis
      • Risk management and control objectives
      • Documentation
      • Test data & data management
      • Customer Due Diligence and RFQ questionnaires
    Qualifications, skills and experience
    • Education: Degree in Economics /Computer Science;
    • Preferably 10+ years of relevant working experience in Information Technology with affinity towards Fintec
    • Preferably 10+ years of relevant experience in project/program management, in a complex organizational
    • Around 10 years of relevant experience with Quality Management Systems, KPI, Dashboards – strong affinity with processes, continual improvement and other hands-on practical tools and practices to achieve results;
    • Excellent (English) communication skills – comfortable with management reporting and presentations;
    • Assertive and results driven – able to work with and influence multiple stakeholders across different departments, including Product Development, Professional Services and Product Management;
    • manage problem prevention; conflict resolution; ability to see the relation with the business;
    • Team player with cross departmental collaboration focus inspiring others;
    • Thorough understanding of all aspects of software development and Quality Assurance, preferably with some exposure to standards like TQM, LEAN, AGILE, ISTQB, SIX SIGMA … Certification in one or more of these areas is a plus.
