Function
  • You proactively translate the strategic objectives of the B2B area into a transformation roadmap and develop a long-term vision in terms of application modernization and rationalization, taking into account the impact across the different domains company-wide and market evolution. You advocate this strategy and solution intents towards relevant (senior) stakeholders.
  • You are responsible for the End-to-End architecture for an initiative and you engage with all the stakeholders (internal and external) to define current and/or future requirements. You apply a consistent approach and methodology to structurally establish and maintain the sustainable architecture of the B2B area.
  • You translate the business/functional requirements into possible solution alternatives and advise the stakeholders on how to best realize an initiative from an architectural point of view taking into consideration the Total Cost of Ownerhsip. You help on defining Proof of Concepts and Minimun Viable Products.
  • You refine the architecture, validate epics against the definition of ready and assures that they can be elaborated further, by defining the critical non-functional requirements (e.g. privacy, performance, data compliance, stability & availability) and by determining the essential steps (e.g. processes, frameworks, tooling, blueprints and/or migration paths).
  • You develop and manage an architectural repository for the B2B area (application, data, and business) including the relations and dependencies of other domains and creates the framework for documentation purposes.
Profile
  • You have an Master degree and 7 years of relevant experience.
  • You’re an excellent communicator and a natural facilitator.
  • You’re a team player and a bridge builder between different departments.
  • You’re fluent in English. Dutch knowledge is beneficial.
  • You’re flexible and you’re eager to learn new technologies.
  • You have experience in translating business needs into End-to-End solutions in a large and complex environment.
  • You have a general knowledge of IT systems and the software development life cycle.
  • You have a technical knowledge of methodologies and standards, such as: TOGAF, Zachman framework, DOCSIS, 3GPP & IETF, Enterprise Application & Integration Patterns and technical models (Archimate, TMForum eTOM & SID).
  • You have experience in a Telecom and an Agile working environment.
  • You have affinity with telecom products offered in the B2B(2B) market like Network Integration, Unified Communications, Hosting, Cloud and IoT.
