Job Description
  • You support Tribe Lead(s) and Product owner(s) with technical expertise to maximize the added value of the Solution at strategic and tactical level so initiatives can be realized.
  • Work closely together with the Tribe Lead(s) and Product owner(s) to translate the business needs into feasible and scalable solutions.
  • You provide different solution options, which are aligned with the enterprise architecture, and validate them into different perspectives (like budget, timing, future roadmaps).
  • You are responsible to work out an acceptable solution in close collaboration with the Solution Architect and give more clarity on consequences and advantages of alternative solutions on timing, cost, maintenance, functionality and impact on the business processes and customer experience.
  • You help the Tribe(s) with the preparation for the Initiatives in the Quarterly cycle and validate specific epics against the ‘Definition of Done’ and Initiatives against ‘Definition of Ready’.
  • You identify risks, impediments and the potential impact of cross-tribe initiative
  • You reconcile different interests and help in finding a solution for escalations if required.
  • You challenge internal and external stakeholders and manage expectations
Profile
  • You have an Master degree and 7 years of relevant experience.
  • You’re an excellent communicator and a natural facilitator.
  • You’re a team player and a bridge builder between different departments.
  • You’re fluent in English. Dutch knowledge is beneficial.
  • You’re flexible and you’re eager to learn new technologies.
  • You have experience in translating business needs into End-to-End solutions in a large and complex environment.
  • You have a general knowledge of IT systems and the software development life cycle.
  • You have analytical skills and experience.
  • You have experience in a Telecom and an Agile working environment
  • You are interested to work in the business area of Connected Experiences / Alternative Connectivity amongst others business areas
