Location: Halle, Belgium

Duration: 6 Months

Work mode: Hybrid (3 days remote)

Job Description:

As an application and integration architect, you will contribute to the design and integration of IT solutions for our business partners within the client group. You will work within a compact team of architects at the enterprise and solution level, supported by enterprise architecture and reference architecture. You will model your solutions in Archimate and utilize TOGAF.

As an application and integration architect, you are responsible for:

  • Designing IT solutions that meet the functional and non-functional requirements of our partner. You will help build our application landscape, which consists of on-premise and cloud applications, packaged solutions, and custom development.
  • Ensuring support for the IT solution among the client, project team, and experts.
  • Identifying IT-related risks and facilitating decision-making by our client during the evaluation of alternative solutions.
  • The evolution of the reference architecture in line with business needs and general IT developments, provided they can benefit the business.
  • Monitoring the realization of architecture by expert teams.
  • Documenting architectural decisions in artifacts.
  • Contributing to architecture governance by participating in necessary governance processes and/or existing governance boards.
  • Reporting at least once a week, preferably daily, in the time registration system (projwest) on the performance delivered across various assigned tasks agreed upon during the work meeting with the Team Manager.
  • Providing feedback in a work meeting (WO) with the Team Manager regarding the progress of assigned tasks and estimating the remaining workload.
  • Transparently reporting the progress of various tasks and assignments both in terms of content and timing to the Project Manager assigned to the projects

Additional Information:

Experience in (must have): architectural experience in integration (mainly) and development

Nice to have: ArchiMate/TOGAF
