Enghouse Interactive ( www.enghouseinteractive.be ) is looking for a specialist in our Pre-Sales department contributing to our Sales success as subject matter expert for our contact center software solutions and services, extensiv travel to customer site included after Covid-19 pandemic situation.

This role can be based in our office in Temse / Belgium or Home Office based in Belgium.

In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To
  • Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to our customers, at site and in online meetings
  • Implement technical solutions based on business need/value
  • Respond to request for information ( RFIs ) / requests for proposal ( RFPs )
  • Participate in proof of concepts (POC)
We Are Looking For Someone Who Has
  • Experience Contact Center Business, Telecommunication, Unified Communication or Video Collaboration
  • Experience in Pre-Sales in an operator and/or vendor environment
  • Knowledge in the following topics: IP Network, Server Infrastructure (Cluster, Virtualization, OS)
  • Strong commercial and sales awareness
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, written and spoken
  • Ability to travel frequently
