About The Job

Based in Mons, Belgium, you will join the Agency as we embark on a journey to transform our IT services to support NATO’s Digital Endeavour. You will be responsible for NATO Cyber Security Center (NCSC) engagement with other NATO organizations, NGO’s, CERT’s of NATO member nations,nationla represneatives, NCIRC CC and other external bodies.

About You

We are looking for a talented and knowledgeable Staff Officer (Cyber Support) professional with ideally a Bachelor’s degree at a nationally recognised/certified University in a related discipline and 2 years post-related experience. Exceptionally, the lack of a university degree may be compensated by the demonstration of a candidate’s particular abilities or experience that is/are of interest to NCI Agency, that is, at least 6 years extensive and progressive expertise in duties related to the function of the post. You must have at least 2 years Cyber Defence related experience. In addition, you will have specific experience in IKM at a practical and theoretical level and proven experience of Operational Headquarters, preferable in a Staff Officer capacity. A good knowledge of Computer Security Tools (Vulnerability Assessment, Anti-virus, Protocol Analysis, Anti-Spyware, etc.) is required.

You must posses CISSP (Certified Information System Security Professional) certification.

Good interpersonal skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of English, both written and spoken, is essential and some knowledge of French is desirable.
