Oda is looking for new coworkers to our Staffing team! As a Staffing Coordinator in Oda you will be responsible for the working schedules for Operators in our Fulfillment Center. You will collaborate closely with several parts of our organization - Growth, People and Managers to name a few, to make sure we have the right people in place to serve our customers, all the while ensuring predictable and balanced schedules for our Operators. Additionally, you will work closely with external staffing partners.

We are currently building a brand new fulfillment center in Lier, where this role will be located. It is a full-time position, and you will play a major role in building our new organization there, become a member of a highly engaged team, and work cross-functionally. While the role will be located in mainly in Lier, the first period of the employment, including training, will take place in our current Fullfilment Center in Lørenskog.

What you’ll do as a Staffing Coordinator at Oda

    • Ensure we are properly staffed in our Fulfillment Centers, both doing day-to-day adjustments and long-term forecasting.
    • Evaluate sales forecasts, working closely with Growth.
    • Be involved in process improvement, both on internal staffing processes, and with managers on different levels in the company
    • Creating space for life for our employees, by being responsible for planning vacations.
    • Support managers around seasonal projects, like Christmas and Easter.
    • Finding and analyzing trends in historical data from our WFM - we use Quinyx - to be better prepared for the future.
    • Be the main point of contact for our staffing partners.

    • Able maintain an overview of many moving bits and pieces
    • Comfortable making decisions independently, and solves problems on their own initiative
    • Patient, and able to keep their cool, even in hectic surroundings.
    • Thriving in a young, dynamic environment, where needs and priorities change frequently
    • Approaches people with curiosity and respect

We think you’ll succeed if you

    • Have a relevant bachelors degree or working experience to make up for it.
    • Are comfortable and proficient with Excel and Google-Sheets as one of the main tools in your toolbox
    • Are fluent in one of the Scandinavian languages and English, both when writing and speaking.
    • Approach problems analytically, and are great with numbers
