Greenweez is a pure player (100% E-Commerce) active in the organic and sustainable products distribution.

Our parent company, Greenweez, has been pioneering the organic product market for over 12 years. Greenweez.be (covering Belgium, the Netherlands & Luxemburg) was established in 2020 and is growing fast thanks to the increasing popularity of e-commerce.

You’ll be joining our internationally oriented and experienced team of 5 people backed by a large team of experts located in our headquarter in Annecy, FR.

Description of the function

Role And Responsibilities

  • Suppliers management: identify new opportunities, optimize the current portfolio and contract management
  • Product management: current assortment audit in terms of selection, performance, quality, and relevance
  • Procurement management: ordering, logistic, and administrative follow-up
  • Pricing management
  • Roll-out of and follow-up of a commercial strategy (promo plan, ...)
  • Various transverse continuous improvement projects

Profile description

Requirements

Specific Skillset :

  • Analytical, rigorous, and organized: you are at ease with (large) data bases. You like to work with Excel
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, curious and fast learner: you are not afraid of taking initiatives and to deal with external and internal stakeholders
  • Commercially driven: you want to develop a start-up and to make the difference
  • A strong plus: knowledge within organic sector and/or procurement department
  • Formation: Business Degree and/or Procurement specialization
  • At least 1 or 2 years experience within a similar function - preferably in FMCG

Basic Requirements :

  • Start date : ASAP
  • Fluent in French and English, Dutch is a strong plus
  • Ability to commute to Brussels, Louise Area (where we work in the most dynamic co-working of the city!)
