Everything is done to create a true lifestyle experience, encouraging customers to visit our stores to catch up with friends, relax and grab a coffee, whilst shopping for their next pair of glasses!We are looking for an enthusiastic person who can inspire and lead a team and who enjoys working with people to achieve great results!Every day is different at Jimmy Fairly, however your key responsibilities will include:
  • developing the turnover of your store
  • daily coaching, training and skills’ development of your team
  • ensure an amazing in-store customer experience
  • analysing sales & KPI to improve your store’s performances
  • overseeing store operations
Your profileThe key qualities that we look for in our store manager are:
  • At least 1 years’ experience as a store manager or lead staff
  • A previous experience in the optical industry would be ideal
  • Strong organisational, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excited to work in a fast-paced environment, to grow and manage a in a self-starter environment with endless potential
  • Excellent english communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong commercial skills
  • Positive mindset and smiley attitude
