SUPPLIER COORDINATOR – What will you do?

• Receive and investigate requests for specific project-related products, and collaborate with sales, engineering, customer service, and sales administration until completion and quotation.
• Work with suppliers to obtain the best price and delivery times for designed products and request necessary drawings via Liquid Planner in VCOA.
• Assist in creating part codes and bills of materials (BOM) for EP requests, and place purchase orders with suppliers.
• Track customer orders for designed products from receipt to delivery, ensuring availability.
• Assist and collaborate with the Supply Chain team and other departments on all supply chain activities and projects.

SUPPLIER COORDINATOR – Who are you?

• You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• You have experience with a similar set of tasks. This can be in procurement, Supply Chain, or production.
• You are fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
