Job Description SummaryThe Supply Analyst is responsible for the Global Supply Planning of a plant. This includes monthly capacity management, weekly master production scheduling and weekly allocation of products between different regions. The Supply Analyst has a huge impact on the global customer experience. The Supply Analyst is the link between the regions and the plant, combining in-depth analysis with clear communication skills to effectively partner with diverse stakeholders.Job Description
  • Provide oversight of manufacturing, inventory deployment and distribution to ensure customer service.
  • Serve as primary contact with manufacturing for planning issues.
  • Conduct analysis and provide direction for inventory allocation where worldwide service is maximized.
  • Monitor capacity loading on assigned production lines and forecast.
  • Complete complex spreadsheet analysis during issue resolution or scenario planning.
  • Lead the planning aspects of new product launches during the pre-launch phase.
  • Prepare Executive Level presentations as required.
  • Determine new product ramp-up schedules.
  • Manage product phase-outs such that obsolete inventory is minimized.
  • Support Business Planning process annually and provide quarterly updates.
  • Perform basic financial analyses.
  • Ensure personal and company compliance with all Federal, State, local and company regulations, policies and procedures for Health, Safety and Environmental compliance.
EducationMaster or bachelor’s degree in Finance or Supply ChainExperienceAt least 1+ years’ experience in a similar positionLanguageFluent in EnglishComputer SkillsExcellent knowledge of MS-Office (excel), PowerBI.Other Skills
