Job description:

In your role as Supply Chain & Logistics Specialistyou evaluate replenishment needs, manage order requests and follow-up on stock level. You are also responsible for sales administration activities such as generating orders in our system, answer customer inquiries and follow deliveries.

Main responsibilities include:

Replenishment and stock

  • Analysis of orders and historical data to extrapolate future needs and forecasts
  • Determinate replenishment quantities and place orders to intercompany and external suppliers / Follow up replenishment until delivery in warehouse
  • Determinate, analyze stock out and focus on providing lead time information to Sales representatives, Sales administration
  • Follow production, ask information to plant planners, indicate priorities
  • Participate in PHI PHO process
  • Follow KPIs

Sales administration

  • Generate orders, deliveries, invoices, credit notes in computer system (SAP)
  • Answer phones, emails and respond to customer requests (orders, stock availability, deliveries…)

As our ideal candidate you hold a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 3 years of solid previous experience in a fast-paced commercial organisation. Your written and oral communication skills are excellent (on Dutch, English and French). Excellent knowledge of Excel and SAP R/3 is required.
