Why do we need you ?Job Description
- Planning, Procurement and Warehousing while ensuring order fulfilment and timely / accurate master data to our ERP systems
- Can diagnose plant’s Supply Chain, propose transformation plan and implement with relevant stakeholders
- Partner with the site manager and other leadership team members to ensure the division achieves its targets and goals (site KPIs management).
- Lead through both solid and dotted line matrixed relationships directing the creation of achievable Master Schedules, Material Plans and distribution plans
- Accountable for the material sourcing and buying effort focusing on availability and spend through the site team as well as collaboration with the EU sourcing
- Supervise the subcontractors’ activities in terms of contract definition and negotiation as well as performance monitoring (related KPIs).
- Implement process improvements and technological innovations to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Represent the Supply Chain team and provide a high level of service to internal stakeholders (Manufacturing, Quality, EU Supply Planning, Operations ).
- Be instrumental to the efficiency of the activity Sales & Operations Planning process
- Manage and mentor the supply chain team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement through WCM CF&S projects achievement.
- Accountable for material planning (MRP) and master data in the ERP (QAD) system.
- Develop and maintain relevant site-level Standard Operating Procedures.
- Ensure compliance of all Supply Chain and Purchasing operations with all relevant IATF, regulatory requirements and corporate policies, procedures, and guidelines
What experience do you bring?
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree (or equivalent level education/work experience) in a Business, Logistics or Supply Chain /Project Management discipline.
- Experience facilitating multiple projects simultaneously, in an organized, structured manner
- Knowledge of Sales & Operational Planning
- Ability to manage complex and high-volume activities ( mass production) efficiently.
- Proven ability to communicate with people at all levels within an organization and be comfortable in customer facing situations
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- IT literate (advanced Microsoft Office), with proven ERP experience in Demand Planning, Supply planning, logistics and purchasing (our ERP is QAD)
- Strong analytical skills, with a high attention to detail and accuracy.
- 5+ years’ experience in Supply Chain Management (S&OP, Production planning and scheduling, material management, logistics, distribution, transport).
- Competent language skills in English and French
- Ability to cope with pressurized environment
