We are looking for a candidate who will be at the office every day in person, to help with the archiving of internal documents.

  • Create an inventory of physical records according to the document attributes (document, ID, title, etc,...) and reflecting the storage location
  • Check that all documents have their attributes clearly identified
  • Check the integrity of the documentation
  • Identify potential missing documentation
  • Inform to the QRP in case of any incident and collaborate in the investigation of the related deviation
  • Store the documentation in files according to their attributes
  • Scan and make true copies of the documents that must be stored in the electronic archive
