Nature of the Tasks:
o Operational management of the ICT production environment for HQ and Delegations:
o Debugging and analysing of reported problems and escalated incidents.
o Direct intervention on ICT infrastructure (servers, storage).
o On-site installation/migration/repair missions in delegations.
o Operate in accordance with the defined ITIL processes and procedures(incident, change, problem, etc)
o Validation and testing of new procedures before release.
o Development of scripts to improve central management and control facilities (central alerting, central logging, central security polices implementation ...).
o Drafting of procedures, installation notices and scripts for the integration, installation and upgrade of services.
o Participate in the 2nd Level on-call standby service.
 Operations Role
o Participate in the 3rd Level on-call standby service.
 Project Management Role
o Serve as technical lead for designing, planning, assessing,
implementing and/or migrating of the production environment for
HQ and Delegations.
o Implementation of test environment and ’Proof of Concept’ (POC).
 Component Coordination Role
o Quality
o Planning
o ITIL Process
o Management of central monitoring infrastructure.
o Writing operational guidelines for the system administrators.
o Participation in training seminars for IT officers.

Knowledge, skills, training & certifications required

 Windows 2003, 2008, 2012 Server administration.
 Active Directory and Group Policies administration.
 Microsoft Office products (Office 2010).
 Client environment (Windows 7).
 Windows configuration & troubleshooting (registry, configuration files ...).
 Enterprise environment.
 Ability to write technical notes in English.
 Scripting skills
o Patch management.
o Security management.
o Landesk experience
o Mcafee Epolicy
o Microsoft Wsus

 Certification Requirements:
o ITIL V.3 Foundation Certification

o Other certifications:
 MCTS: Administering and Deploying System Centre 2012
Configuration Manager,
 MCTS: Microsoft System Centre
