System Administrator (IDAM)
- Working Location:Mons, Belgium
- Security Clearance: NATO Cosmic Top Secret
- Language:High proficiency level in English language
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
Essential Qualifications/Experience:
· K nowledge of the entire Microsoft Operating system product line administration, with focus on Windows Server 2012/2016/2019 (Level 2 support) and Windows 10 client devices
· Experience in automation via PowerShell
· Experience with Active Directory user / group management and GPOs, federation
· Knowledge of Virtualization and Platform services
· Experience in reporting (E.g. PowerPoint, Excel)
Desirable Qualifications/Experience:
· Experience with:
ü SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) reporting capabilities
ü PowerBI creation of reports/dashboards
ü Azure Active Directory
ü Azure AD Connect
DUTIES/ROLE:
· Provide automated reporting on utilization of resources with regards to Active Directory objects (I.e. users) and capacity management
· Perform 2nd Level Support for Incident Management with regards to Active Directory
· Identifies operational problems and contributes to their resolution
· Provides appropriate information to specialists, users, and managers
· Develops & maintains Standard Operating Procedures and / or Standard Operating Instructions for routine system administration tasks
· Liaise with the Agency’s Centralized Service Desk for incident, problem and change management
· Implementation of Group Policy Object (GPO) policies
· Represent CES PaaS in Enterprise Service Operations Centre (ESOC) as 2nd Level Support as required
