System Analyst Senior

In order to reinforce the Claims Transformation team, AXA is currently looking for a Senior System Analyst

Your responsibilities will be:

• Working with business analyst to ensure proper understanding and evaluation of requirements
• Supporting solution architect in the definition of the solution
• Producing specifications and integration designs for new or modified systems taking into account functional and non-functional requirements coverage
• Managing data model inside the team
• Ensuring end-to-end functionalities of all integrations between systems
• Ensuring all application and integration designs are compliant to the programme as well as AXA standards
• Coordinating integration of all solution components, including data
• Helping implement the solution and monitoring the effectiveness
• Performing code review on java-based technologies, ensuring code quality and security
• Defining and performing system integration testing
• Supporting activities like estimations, change request handling, deliverable review, integration test planning, execution and defect resolution definition
• Supporting production, monitoring and incident management
• Working as collaborative member of the team, interacting with multiple teams inside Axa
• Coaching more junior SA and lead developers

• Senior system analyst - has at least 5 years of working experience in the real projects
• Min 3 years experience in highly complex integration landscape (API, SOA, MQ and ETL technologies,...)
• Experience with one or several integration platforms (Webmethods, Informatica, Qlik [Attunity]…)
• Min 3 years experience as java-developer
• Working knowledge of a variety of programming languages
• Experience with monitoring tools (Dynatrace,…)
• Experience in data modeling
• Experience in AWS cloud
• Thorough understanding of the SDLC (branching strategy and any related build & release automations)
• IT security mindset
• Strong analytical skills and willing to learn
• Teamwork skills and good communication skills
• Fluent English, French or Dutch are a plus
