Ferrero is one of the largest confectionery industries in the world and the largest Italian food company. Present in the area since 1958, Belgium represents one of the very first stages in the company’s development at a European level. Thanks to continuous growth and constant investments, Ferrero is today a leading economic player in the local market. It currently employs no fewer than 850 people, of which 725 at the Arlon plant, a figure that can rise to 1,100 during the high season.

For the Arlon (Belgium) plant we are currently recruiting for a:

TALENT ACQUISITION MANAGER – BELGIUM

You will be included in the Human Resources Team which has the objective of recruiting, evaluating and inserting the best talents into the company.

In particular, you will have the opportunity to:

• Manage the entire process of Talent Attraction, Recruitment and Selection of junior, middle and top management profiles for Corporate and Operation positions through the following activities: defining personnel needs, drafting the job description, publishing job advertisements, CV screening, carrying out selection interviews, negotiation management;

• Manage the onboarding and induction activities of new hires;

• Prepare reports for monitoring HR activities and objectives;

• Manage relationships with selection/headhunting companies;

• Contribute to the implementation of a structured Talent Acquisition processe;

• Develop recruiting strategies to provide a qualified and diverse candidate pool.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Humanities or Economics

• 3 to 5 years of experience in the role

• Solid skills and knowledge of Talent Acquisition processes and strategies

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken

• Good knowledge of the Office Package

The Company offers a permanent contract directly employed by the client company with a salary framework suited to the job and the local cost of living.

The candidates will be accompanied and supported throughout the selection process by dedicated consultants and the travel costs associated with the selection process will be covered by the Company, who will also facilitate the move to Belgium with a relocation package.
