Roles & Responsibilities
KPMG is currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Workforce Development team.
- On a daily basis, you manage the entire recruitment cycle. More specifically: you assess business needs, create, and drive a pipeline, propose recruitment strategies, screen candidates, interview potential talent, manage the offer and maximize offer acceptances. You generate a diverse and strong candidate pool in line with the KPMG values.
- Tech ambassador is a title you proudly ware because you are not just acting passionate, you are passionate about the latest technology.
- As part of the multidisciplinary team, you work closely with colleagues from Learning & Development or Employer Branding to generate creativity and maximize success factors in our hiring process.
- Participation in redesign projects is part of the deal. You optimize processes in correspondence with current market insights and business needs.
Skills & Qualifications
As an addition to our strong Workforce Development team you;
- Have a minimum of three years of experience in recruitment, preferably within a professional services environment but a consistent focus on technology recruitment within a recruitment agency could also be your background.
- Capable of sourcing and engaging with passive tech candidates on the market. Even more specifically on the sourcing of candidates you can use more niche platforms like Stack Overflow, GitHub… but LinkedIn Recruiter certainly is your playground.
- Are an effective communicator, enjoy working as a team, reason in an analytical manner and know how to enthuse potential candidates.
- Like working a dynamic and fast-changing environment and show flexibility to cope with these changing needs.
- Work in an organized manner and know how to maintain a clear overview of all tasks.
- Are not afraid to act and take responsibility for your tasks and projects.
