The support in Talent Attraction Advisor will be accountable for partnering with cross divisional business / HR leaders across France, Belgium and The Netherlands to understand their needs and translate these into actionable talent acquisition strategies and deliverable. Upon necessity he/she will also support the recruitment activities in other countries of the Region.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead the recruitment process for assigned European countries and drive consistency in the hiring process and ensure a best in class hiring manager and candidate experience
  • Help hiring managers navigate trade-offs between market, speed and quality while setting clear expectations on service level agreements.
  • Assess and advise on the talent and business risks & benefits of hiring specific candidates.
  • Build strong relationships with business, HR CoEs and HRBPs
  • Use competitive analysis to understand hiring needs and best practice recruiting practices.
  • Meet Global Talent Attraction goals for time-to-fill, cost per hire, diverse candidate slates, candidate pipelines, and compliance.
  • Contribute to Cluster and local GTA projects
  • Provide hiring managers accurate and timely updates on applicant activity, track talent acquisition metrics and report trends and issues to the TA Team Lead.
  • Present ideas for process harmonization and simplification

What are we looking for?

Qualifications

  • 3+ years previous experience in a large/ global matrix environment, preferred in-house or RPO; highly preferable.
  • Strong consultative skills and proven success developing strong, collaborative relationships across multiple departments and levels
  • A demonstrated track record as an effective networker and closer, confident in developing complex offers with collaborative partners
  • Demonstrated success leveraging social media platforms
  • Very good computer skills including Microsoft Office, applicant tracking systems, and social media channels.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
  • Workday and international recruitment experience is highly preferable
