This is an exciting opportunity to grow within a large organisation & make an impact!A day in the life of a Talent Acquisition Coordinator @ ALH Group
  • Create the best candidate experience with a service mindset to support the hiring and onboarding queries of leaders and new team
  • Support the recruitment administration of hiring and onboarding team members with agility and pace
  • Attention to detail & working with care of our compliance administration in the hiring and onboarding of new team members
  • Adaptive to work in a fast paced environment with the ability to manage conflicting priorities and fluctuating workload with a willingness to pivot and work as a team player to support business priorities
  • Opportunity to suggest ideas and be creative
What You’ll Need To Succeed
  • Previous experience in a similar role involving administration or coordination activities, ideally in hospitality
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Passion for Culture & People & Talent!
  • Ability to work towards tight deadlines and prioritise workload
  • Eager to learn and grow within ALH Group!
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Recruitment or Talent Acquisition experience highly regarded
