Our client is actively looking for aTeam Leader in Logistics m/f in Nivelles (CDI).

As a Team Leader (or Team Manager in Logistics) you will be responsible for the following tasks :Leading, coaching and supervising your workers in the warehouse
Ensuring that the daily operations run smoothly
Satisfying the customer by following up on complaints and handling them properly
As a Team Leader, you ensure that your workers are motivated and enjoy their work, and you make sure they bring out the best in themselves
Together with your team, you ensure that all targets and key performance indicators are met
Together with the other team leaders and the depot manager, you actively contribute ideas to improve the depot every day Key words: Team Leader, logistics, Manager, warehouse, order picker, driver, truck, leader, team leader

Profil

Do you have at least2 years experience as a Team Leader in the logistics sector ?
Are you fluent in french and have a good level of english or dutch ?
You are very flexible and open to working 39 hours per week, including Saturdays ?
You know how to conduct operational, evaluation, end of contract and absenteeism interviews ?
Are you able to motivate your team ?
