WIE JE BENT
As Teamleader Warehouse in IKEA DC/CDC (Customer Distribution Center - Winterslag) you do not only guide and coach your co-workers, you are also responsible for creating a nice team spirit and working atmosphere. You are responsible for compliance with internal procedures, achieving the proposed objectives (service level, efficiency, quality, ...), organisation and support of activities within your department in Operations. In addition, you are the contact person for your team in the daily activities and organisation.

You work in the fixed nightshift - Monday to Friday
