工作内容

Provides technical leadership to one or multiple squads, and challenges business stakeholders on mapping the right technical solution to the strategic business objectives.
Defines how technology is implemented at Telenet, based on industry-standard best practices with regards to code quality and reduction of technical debt and translates this into the technical roadmap.
Guides the software delivery community on technical designs, and supports in refinement of high-level architecture.
Creates and advocates best practices on (re)use and quality standards in their technical domain
Provides high-level technical designs and has a deep technical understanding, actively works on maintaining and growing that knowledge and shares it with the developer community.
Defines application architecture for new applications, in collaboration with enterprise architecture.

Qualifications

Has a strong background in development, with proven experience: at least 8 years of experience in development of which the last 3 years in a senior development role.
Has a strong theoretical background in software development practices.
Has deep technical knowledge in at least one area of development (can be programming language, CI/CD, infra, product stack, ...).
Has the necessary certifications, depending on the area of development (e.g. LSA certification in Pega).
Strong analytical skills and experience in design thinking.
English: Strong communicator
