Voor onze productie-site in Heist zijn in Heist-op-den-Berg zijn we opzoek naar een:

Technical Coach (Liquids Ointments & Creams Afdeling)

De Functie

De Technical Coach is mee verantwoordelijk voor het op peil volgens de normen houden van de technische mogelijkheden van het technische luik binnen de Productie Afdeling. Bovendien zorgt de Technical Coach dat de medewerkers die in aanraking komen met het productie-proces over de nodige kennis bezitten om de machines te kunnen bedienen.

Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Organiseren van preventief onderhoud en kalibratieactiviteiten;
  • Opvolgen en evalueren van curatief onderhoud;
  • Beheren van het onderhoudsbudget;
  • Voorraadbeheer van onderdelen;
  • Opbouwen van technische expertise;
  • Assisteren bij opstarten van nieuwe processen;
  • Handhaven van kwaliteits- en veiligheidsrichtlijnen;
  • Beheer van technische documentatie;
  • Opstellen van onderhoudstaken en spare-parts;
  • Bijdragen aan verbeteringsprojecten;
  • Bijwerken van onderhouds- en kalibratieprocedures;
  • Documentatie en onderzoek van afwijkingen;
  • Optreden als Subject Matter Expert tijdens audits.

Wat Vragen Wij

  • Master of Bachelor (Elektro-mechanica, Mechanica of Elektronica) of gelijkwaardig door ervaring;
  • Ervaring in nutsbedrijven, farmaceutische, chemische of voedingsindustrie;
  • Sterke technische interesse en hands-on mentaliteit;
  • Goede communicatievaardigheden;
  • Constructief meedenken en samenwerken in teamverband;
  • Aandacht voor kwaliteit en detail;
  • Assertief, communicatief, ondernemend, zelfstandig en sociaal.
