Responsibilities

Reporting to the VP Strategy & Sales, responsible for overseeing the training of all technical elements, presales and equipment services for all US-based customers of the company. Responsible for educating all customers about the proper installation and service of Renson products. Guarantee proper presales support concerning the primary technical areas of the design and product customization for all US customers. Configure customers’ products to fit construction projects and purposes. Organize a structured technical service support to identify issues and use the appropriate platforms to request the necessary parts. Provide technical assistance in specific project installations on customer sites (projects that require high technical support or important projects in term of volume). Responsible for tradeshows and providing support for complex jobsite installations or installation of Renson products in partners’ showrooms / showroom units. Develop technical sales strategy and engage with business development teams to ensure technical work supports customer and commercial goals in accordance with company directives. Will supervise 1-2 training/operations manager. Position requires some domestic travel to client sites, approximately 30% of the time.

ProfiLE

Three (3) years’ experience as Head of Sales, or related role in the commercial and residential construction product design industry focusing on weather protection systems. Experience must include managing large commercial and residential projects, liaising with architects, developing online presence and sales optimization, 3D visualization, SketchUp and AutoCAD. Position requires some domestic travel to client sites, approximately 30% of the time.
