Technical expert vision packaging

As vision packaging Technical Expert you follow the technological evolution of the department, you manage vision systems and their associated systems (printers, servers) as well as the network architecture. You bring your technical experience to the maintenance technical services and production during projects, troubleshooting or investigations.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

• You are a vision expert and manage vision and printing systems on packaging lines.
• You take part to the installation of a network architecture needed for the equipment connection and the data upload to servers.
• You follow projects in your area of expertise to facilitate the handover between the projects responsible and the production and maintenance operational teams.
• You manage medium sized projects. You plan, contact suppliers, follow the installation and perform the validation qualification.
• As actor from the technical services, you will help during troubleshooting in your area of expertise, sometimes in collaboration with automation support team. You bring support to operational maintenance team, production and Product & Process during projects, troubleshooting or investigations.
• You keep an eye on systems obsolescence and identify replacement solutions. You manage the spare parts placing in storage.
• You write or update procedures linked to your area of expertise and train technicians. You look for trainings appropriate for the new equipment’s and technologies installed in the production unit.
• You help to manage deviations and CAPA after the occurrence of unplanned events.

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

• You have a Bachelor’s degree or technical Master’s degree (maintenance, engineering, computer science, electronics ...), or equivalent by experience.
• You have a minimum of 3 years experience in the pharmaceutical and vision fields.
• Language : French / English

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

• Expertise in vision and serialization.
• You are autonomous, flexible and able to plan and prioritize your tasks.
• You like to work in a team and share information.
• Knowledge of EHS
