Responsibilities / Tasks
  • Improve productivity in production
  • Responsible for ERP system and data input
  • Optimize overall (production) planning
  • Support the different team leaders to implement productivity initiatives
  • Initiation of projects (Lean Six sigma improvement projects)
  • Follow up of ongoing projects + report on the financials of projects
  • Transferring the assembly from box to line assembly
  • Improvement and optimization of the process flow
  • Stock management
Your Profile / Qualifications
  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Production, Electro Mechanics Engineering
  • You are fluent (R/W/S) in English and Dutch
  • Looking for continuous improvements based on lessons learned
  • Empathic towards own team
