工作内容

1- GENERAL TELEPORT OPERATIONS & MAINTENANCE(60% of the Job):

• Take care of all the satellite platform, all the servers, all the service production.
• Hardware last techno
• Servers VM, Software & Applications
• Satellite service & relation with the international control center
• Fiber service backbone control
• Cyber security, Cisco/Mikrotik router, BGP,FW/UTM
• Antenna, tracking, de-icing, dehydrator
• Internal new projects
• Monitoring & control(M&C) or the entire service and equipment

All is already at 95% up and running, since years, done by other computer, other M&C and other assistant application obviously.

2- EQUIPMENT CLIENT PREPARATION, QUALITY CONTROL(2% of the job):

3- STOCK/LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT INTERNAL & CLIENT ASSISTANCE(3% of the job):

4- CLIENT SUPPORT AND INTERNAL SUPPORT/TICKETING(35% of the job):

• Monitoring of equipment at the teleport (generic).
• Cross-pol interference control
• Level-2 support (L-2)
• Network quality, anticipation, subscriber relation, phone, and email client/subsc.support L-2
• Ticketing management

Profile

• You have a certificate in electronics, IT, LAN, Router Cisco/ Mikrotik qualification, Telecommunication or close to and equivalent, plus you are passionate.
• Experience in similar functions, such WIFI, Lan, IT, Satellite, technology is an asset.
• You are responsible, reliable, and this technology is like your hobby as well
• You speak perfectly English at least, French is a great benefit.
• Working outdoor is not a problem for you (we do have those big parabolic antenna and check, or project need to be done…)
• Do a bit of logistic, time to time is part of the job as well…

Offer

• When? From Monday to Friday - 8 :30am to 6:00 pm.
• Where ? At GlobalTT’s Téléport - Louvain-La-Neuve (Belgium).
• What ? CDI – Long term contract
• Salary : +/- 2 200 € net per month (depending on your certificate).
• ncluding : Paid Leave, 20 legal leave days + 10 days added by the company, 13th month and Eco Cheques.
