You will ensure coordination and follow-up of all aspects related to the complete handling of orders placed by customers for multiple product lines.You are responsible for tasks and actions in accordance with internal and external regulations.This is a professional support function, with focus on coordination and administration of the order process and this according to processes & procedures.- Responsible for the coordination and follow-up, until completion orders across all departments; this includes product enquiries, credit, product availability, delivery, invoicing and payment,…- - Responsible for timely and accurate processing in SAP of order entries, order acknowledgements, price updates- Responsible for handling documents (packing list, invoices, certificates,…)- Responsible for maintaining contact with Customers, Sales Managers, Materials Management Coordinators, Logistics Coordinators, Finance Department, fellow CSR’s.

Wat wij van jou vragen:
- You have a bachelor degree or equivalent by experience;- You have 2-3 years’ experience in a similar position in an international environment; an export experience and foreign trade knowledge would be a plus;- You have the drive and passion for customer service and are looking for a long term career in this dynamic environment;- You are very interested to learn about foreign trade and vessel operations;- You have excellent communication and priority management skills;- You are a team player, pro-active thinker, problem solver with a hands-on mentality;- Good language skills: Italian and English, advanced level both in speaking and writing, French is a plus.- Computer literacy: MS Office expert level, SAP basic knowledge is mandatory- You are eligible to work in Belgium
