We are looking for a Project Director in office fit-out for our team in Brussels.

What this job involves
You’ll meet our clients to get briefings on their office fitting-out or renovation needs.
You’ll be responsible for the follow-up of fitting-out and refurbishment projects acting on behalf of our clients.
Your role will include: briefing client, preparing the budget based on plans, organizing the tender procedure, comparing the offers and issuing the orders.
Once the works starts, you’ll be the one who supervises them on site, controls both budget and timing and reports to the client.
You’ll also be responsible to follow up with the legal control organisms whenever necessary.
You’ll finally manage the provisional acceptance of the works.

Desired skills and experience for this job
You have a minimum of 7 years’ experience in a similar role and environment.
A degree as interior architect or engineer will be useful
You’ll have fluent knowledge of English, Dutch and French.
You are at ease with technical building issues (HVAC, Mechanical and Electrical)
You have excellent organizational skills, are detail-oriented, can work independently and are reliable.
You possess strong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with executive level external and internal clients as well as external team members (architects, contractors, client’s representatives, etc.).
You are a team player
You adjust well to unforeseen / evolving situations
You are proficient in MS Office and MS Project
