• Draw up a list of orders to be dispatched according to incoterm and transit time from the ERP system
• Checkifthereisstockinternally/externallyandallocatethestocktotheorder
• If there is no stock, communicate shortages to Customer Service, if they decide to take another product, adapt
• Allocate the departure warehouse to the order (if necessary see with the logistics employee to organise the necessary transfers)
• For non-EXW orders, look for a carrier according to the destination, transit time and price (grid given by purchasing)
• Send the transport schedule to the external warehouses
• Follow up communication in external storage (possibly reschedule)
• Order the transport from the carrier if necessary by consulting the rates and carriers by destination negotiated by the purchasing department
• Follow up on the carrier’s confirmation (possibly send a reminder)
• Put the loading schedule into the WMS, taking into account the variable loading time constraints
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes
• Contribute to safety within the department and thus to the safety of the company
• Contribute to the implementation of SAP
  

• You haveabachelor’sdegreeinlogistics and/or3to5yearsexperience inasimilar position
• You are familiar with the Office suite (excel, word) and can work with an ERP system (knowledge of SAP is an advantage)
• You have knowledge of administrative shipping documents, Incoterms
• You speak Dutch, French and English
• You are flexible, dynamic, organised and methodical,
• You are able to manage your priorities and stress in any situation
• You like to solve problems
