We have currently an open position in our Brussels offices. You will join our Transport team and will be responsible for the management of transport planning in order to use the trucks in a most profitable way by respecting the requirements of the customer and the safety standards. This is a permanent contract.

Your key tasks will be :

  • Planning of shipments of all packed goods and/or bulk in coordination with the different departments;
  • Optimization to meet requirements of the Customer Service Level and the economic standards;
  • Application of different legislations and instructions in liaison with the preparation of the planning:
  • Accounts the loads products
  • Stacking of goods
  • Specific customer demands
    • Execution of the planning administration (CMR, COA, …);
    • Compliance with and implementation of the safety standards.
    • Check invoices, follow up performance and optimize flow and cost
    • Multiples contact with transporters, commercial department, production, maintenance and quality department

    This job is for you if you :

    • Have a bachelor education within logistics-distribution or equivalent through experience
    • Have a good knowledge of French and Dutch, English is a plus
    • Have a minimum of 2 years experience
    • Having knowledge of SAP is a plus
    • Are communicative and solution-oriented
    • Have good planning skills
