Our client is a leading company in the luxury and events sector. For their office located in Brussels, they are currently looking for a Travel Coordinator.


Job description
:

  • Organising the logistics of all events in order to ensure the travel of the teams on the events premises (New York, Milan, Paris, etc.)
  • Booking hotels, flight and train tickets for the teams working on the organisation of events
  • Ensuring a good professional relationship with hotels and service providers (travel agencies, transportation companies, etc.), negotiating prices and flexibility
  • Setting and following up on the reservation, modification and cancellation conditions
  • Choosing the right reservation option according to the needs of each project
  • Registering the orders and ensuring the administrative follow up
  • And so much more!


Profile
:

  • You are perfectly bilingual French-English (oral and written). Spanish and/or Italian is a plus!
  • You ideally have a degree in Tourism
  • You have at least 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role (in a travel or incentive agency) and are an expert in flight reservations
  • You are proactive, dynamic, flexible and service minded
  • You are committed , stress resistant and have strong interpersonal skills
  • You are team minded and have excellent communication skills
