Job Description

We are looking for a User Interface Designer to create engaging and accessible UX content while maintaining high artistic and quality standards.

  • The ideal candidate will own UX features, collaborate across disciplines, and ensure a seamless, player-centric experience from concept to implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver high-quality UX content while adhering to artistic direction, deadlines, and quality standards.
  • Own and drive UX features through the entire design process, from concept to final implementation.
  • Ensure accessibility and usability best practices in all UX solutions.
  • Follow UX workflows and maintain consistency across designs.
  • Provide accurate task estimates and proactively communicate challenges.
  • Advocate for player experience in discussions and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with UI artists, game designers, and developers to create a cohesive user experience.
  • Create precise UX flows, wireframes, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts.
  • Assist UI artists and programmers in the implementation phase.
  • Identify and fix UX issues, optimizing solutions efficiently.
  • Conduct user research and playtests, analyzing feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to R&D projects to innovate UX design processes.
  • Support recruitment efforts and assist in onboarding new hires as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in the gaming industry.
  • At least one shipped AAA title, from concept to completion.
  • game design principles and industry UX/UI trends.
  • interaction design, wireframing, prototyping, and user flows.
  • Knowledge of user research methodologies
  • UI motion design, UI aesthetics, and sound design integration.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • advocate design decisions
  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience mentoring junior designers.
  • UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Axure.
  • game development pipelines and UI implementation in game engines.
