We work for e-commerce brands with high aspirations (local or international) and offer them a holistic approach to grow. We do this by leveraging our talented team within our different departments: our digital marketing team, our development team and our creative team.

We’ve done this for multiple Belgian brands such as Hedgren, Brauzz, Crimibox and Puzzle in a Bag. But have also worked with US companies such as Fully.

Odoo is a Belgian unicorn creating a business suite of tools to help businesses work efficiently. Their suite of tools is very broad and covers modules like ERP, CRM, Manufacturing, email marketing, HR, bookkeeping, and website/e-commerce.

Because e-commerce is such a broad endeavour we really believe that Odoo has a place within the e-commerce environment. Next to that Odoo is very new to the website/e-commerce space and has the goal to compete with Shopify within the next couple of years. It’s like being part of the Shopify ecosystem 5 years ago. In other words a hugely vibrant, challenging and interesting environment. How can this not be exciting?

Our team is young, diverse and client oriented. Our main priority is to understand what really works and dare to experiment with something “new”. To strengthen the team culture we organise frequent get togethers and fun moments.

Job description

As a UX/UI designer you are responsible for leading our design workshops/sprints, creating wireframes and full fledged designs. You’ll be in direct contact with the client to determine what will drive conversion, brand alignment and engaged customers.

• Manage expectations with the client
• Create detailed wireframes and clickable, dynamic designs
• Understand the developer’s issues, timelines, ways of working
• Take ultimate responsibility for delivering designs on time both internally and externally
• Upsell features that you think are helpful to the client
• Understand the client’s business so you can bring added value
• Continuously improve design, development, launch, post launch workflows
  

• You have experience in UX/UI design for e-commerce
• Eager to learn about a new platform
• Are always interested in improving our internal workflows, mapping them out (in Miro) and help the team understand and follow the workflows.
• Very strong organizational, communicative and time management skills
• Doesn’t shy away from telling clients how things work and are in a structured and logical way
• Passion for e-commerce and efficiency
• Quick and autonomous learner
• Experience working within a variety of agile development teams and processes
• Fluent in Dutch, English is a must
