Job Description: Experienced UX Designer at Keystone Solutions

Mission Overview:

The role is an exciting consultancy position as a UX Designer, where you will be working on-site at our client’s location through Keystone Solutions. You will leverage your skills to enhance user experiences across various applications while embracing the dynamic consultancy model that Keystone Solutions provides.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design user-friendly interfaces to enhance the overall user experience of applications as a Keystone Solutions consultant.
  • Conduct user research and analysis through interviews, surveys, focus groups, and usability testing to understand user needs and environments, collaborating closely with the client.
  • Create and deliver low and high-fidelity prototypes with a mobile-first approach using tools like Figma.
  • Ensure graphical designs comply with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG 2.1) and establish a governance structure for a style guide.
  • Collaborate closely with analysts and developers to align design solutions with user requirements and service environments under Keystone Solutions consultancy framework.
Profile:

  • Proficient in design software, including Adobe XD, Axure, Conceptboard, and Figma, with a strong preference for Figma expertise.
  • Familiar with tools like Mentimeter for collaborative and presentation purposes.
  • Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and their application in user interface design.
  • Experienced in conducting iterative design processes, including user testing in laboratory environments.
  • Bilingual in French and Dutch, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
