Steekflens.nl specializes in flange related solutions in Antwerp. From spades and sliding blinds to Spectacleblinds, we provide almost everything related to flange connections. Our rentals division hires spades to several Dutch and Belgian organizations. Our main activities include sale, rental, flange safety, flange management and export. With two locations in The Netherlands, our presence reaches even beyond the country’s borders.

Role Description

Steekflens.nl is seeking a full-time Vertegenwoordiger België (Representative Belgium) to support our presence in Belgium. As a hybrid role, this position will have a mix of both onsite work in Antwerp and work at customers site(s). The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining existing client relationships, and facilitating cross-border transactions. Other responsibilities will involve being updated with the latest industry trends and products, leveraging the company’s network to create growth, managing the sales cycle, negotiating deals and expected to meet sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of sales or business development experience in the flange, oil and gas, or a relevant industry
  • Good understanding of flange related solutions and its applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Fluency in Flamish, Good English, French is an extra
  • Bachelor’s level in sales by experience or education.
  • Experience in dealing with international clients and contracts is a plus
  • Strong negotiation and project management skills
