This entity designs and produces innovative, efficient and smart exterior and interior lighting, wiper and sensor cleaning systems to support the driver in all driving situations.Our Logistics Department is looking for a VIE Supply Chain Project Team Member to be part of the team for 12 months (renewable for 12 additional months).Your challenges?
  • You manage supply chain activities for new projects (P1/P10), P0 projects and engineering changes (ECR/ECO)
  • You help to avoid any obsolescence due to new products introduction and product phase out
  • You define detailed Supply Chain concepts and solutions & make quotation
  • You initiate VRF (Valeo Requirement File) for Supply Chain requirements & validate suppliers’ logistic protocols
  • You define and qualify Finished Goods & Work In Process packaging, supplier packaging, Transportation Logistics Service Providers protocols, Supply Chain process equipment & Internal flows, Supply Chain master data & Information System
  • You follow & reach Project milestones (pre-serial deliveries, FDPR, ramp-up…)
  • You use Supply Chain checklist template to manage day-to-day activity and monthly review progress with Project Manager
  • You participate in the line/industrial transfer, P0 projects and engineering changes (ECR/ECO)
  • You support supply chain activities to implement and promote the standards (Suppliers Logistics Guidelines, Packaging & Labeling standards, VRO standards, EDI/Web EDI…)
  • You initiate, update and support on the Logistics FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) for new projects (action plan definition and reviews)
  • You manage obsolete inventories (RAW, WIP, FING) with Project Manager (physically and in ERP)
  • You keep inventory accurate and under control and highlight for any deviation or obsolescence risks
Let’s Talk About You…
  • You have a relevant Engineering degree
  • You have a first experience in Supply Chain Management (internship, work-study)
  • Your English and French are fluent – both are working languages.
  • You have a very good knowledge in Excel
  • You have good communication skills and high level of data accuracy
  • You are very organized, autonomous and resourceful
In addition…
  • You have a first experience in industry? It’s a plus!
  • You have already worked in SAP? It’s a plus
