After a thorough training program, it is your responsibility as Engineer System to implement our integrated IP telephony of Alcatel at our customers.

Besides implementation, you also take care of the incident and change management within our team. Our customers stay "one step ahead" because of your actions.

At each moment, you ensure good follow-up and communication to your customer and colleagues.

Do you have a broad knowledge of the following platforms?

  • Alcatel Lucent OXE
  • Alcatel Rainbow
  • Alcatel CCD (ContactCenter)
  • VoIP - VoWLAN
  • SIP – IP – PRA/ISDN
  • Session Border Controller (audiocodes)
  • Alarmserver (Mobicall & IQM)
  • Wireshark
  • Networking – routing and switching.
  • Languages: English + Dutch or French
