We are looking for highly motivated developers who want to build something great with a young and dynamic company. We are a team of 10 aged from 20 to 35, some of us are based in Belgium, others in Australia.

Since 2016, Stepinsight has partnered with startups, large companies, and government bodies in the design and build of intelligent and robust software, data solutions, and business analytics. Our client base includes leading companies such as eBay, Sanofi, the Boston Consulting Group, Sydney Cricket Ground and Sports Trust, NSW Health Pathology, and WWF.

We are currently looking for people to join our team in Brussels.

Requirements

You will be joining our dev team as a software developer. Your role is to strategically design and implement software, systems, and data solutions using Stepinsight’s set of tools, cloud products, and the latest web technologies. You will also be responsible for managing databases and processes which support Stepinsight key business functions.
  • Work with clients to gather requirements, conduct analysis and prioritize requests.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
  • Build prototypes for potential clients
  • Design and implement required REST APIs to third-party applications.
  • Develop and implement tactical and strategic software solutions for Stepinsight’s clients.
  • Design and implement reporting applications including dashboards, dynamic and static reports.
  • Develop, implement and maintain geospatial applications for our core product
  • Work with team members to ensure appropriate knowledge transfer
  • Perform testing and QA processes on applications to be delivered
  • Code Maintenance and debug
  • Ensure the development and documentation of business and technical metadata
