At TML Ghent, we’re looking for a WMS Application Officer.

Your tasks:

  • You are responsible for setting up/renewing the Warehouse Management System.
  • You are responsible for setting up the Warehouse layout and logistic processes.
  • You align the IT systems with the logistic processes.
  • You identify and analyze deviations in our WMS processes.
  • You look for improvement of the warehouse processes both in terms of logistics and IT
  • You are responsible for drafting and rolling out process descriptions and warehouse projects
  • You monitor the proper functioning of our IT systems and logistic processes
  • You are responsible for the implementation of new customers in new or existing WMS systems, where you always strive for maximum customer satisfaction.
  • You are responsible for the training of internal stakeholders
  • You take charge of projects from A to Z, from start-up to implementation

Competencies in the job...

  • You have the necessary knowledge about WMS systems
  • You have knowledge about automation and mechanization of logistics projects
  • You have a deep insight into the operation of a warehouse
  • You have a good knowledge of the English and French languages ans are communicatively strong.
  • You can work with MS Office, especially Excel.
  • You are proactive and always work in a solution- and result-oriented way.
