In this consultancy role, youll be integral to leading critical AI-centered projects, utilizing your expertise in business analysis and project management to propel innovative client solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • AI Initiatives and Needs Assessment: Lead and design initiatives focused on client requirements for AI solutions, identifying and describing AI needs while aligning, defining, and implementing project priorities.
  • Project Coordination and Proof of Concept: Manage AI project coordination, overseeing progress and delivering Proof of Concept (PoC) implementations, particularly in chatbot technology and co-pilot systems.
  • Testing and Execution: Execute and oversee testing phases to ensure quality and alignment with client needs, providing actionable insights and optimizations.

Ideal Profile

We are seeking a senior professional with a strong analytical skill set, particularly in AI-driven solutions, and a demonstrated ability to execute effectively on client missions. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, youll be expected to adapt to dynamic project requirements, working in close collaboration with both the Keystone and client teams.

  • Experience Level: Over 5 years in business analysis and AI project management, with a clear track record of leading successful initiatives.
  • Languages: Fluency in French and/or Dutch is required, with proficiency in English essential.
  • Technical Tools: Proficiency with AI tools such as Copilot, PowerBI, and Dynamics; specific experience with chatbot development is highly valued.

Key Initiatives in Focus

  • Establish a client call center with analytical oversight to optimize service processes.
  • Integrate and deploy a chatbot AI solution for improved client interaction.
  • Implement an AI-driven co-pilot system within the clients operational framework.

Assignment Details

  • Duration: 6 months, with possibility of extension based on project needs.
  • Start Date: ASAP, with an ideal target of late-year commencement.
  • Task Allocation: Approximately 80% business analysis, 20% project management.
