Requirement Title: BMC TrueSight Orchestration SME

In coordination with Project Manager(s) and Technical Lead, BMC TrueSight Orchestration SME will perform duties such as:

 Implement TrueSight Orchestration system(s) based on agreed technical requirements, and in accordance with provided design and architecture;

 Facilitate application and system security accreditation;

 Provide support to Technical Lead in ensuring technical coherence across multiple project streams;

 Develop detailed Build and Configuration documentation of TrueSight Orchestration deployments and provide support in development of Testing and Training materials;

 Provide support in testing phases of delivery, including but not limited to Functional Acceptance and User Acceptance Testing events;

 Provide support in both preparation and during transition to operations of newly deployed TrueSight Orchestration systems, including handover activities to relevant operations team

Requirements
  • Must be able to start on the required start date and work in Belgium with no restrictions
  • Required Security Clearance: Must have a current NATO Secret clearance in place to start this contract
  • University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline; alternatively, 5 years of relevant industry experience
  • Minimum of 3 years recent experience in business critical IT Service Management solutions involving BMC TrueSight Orchestration (version 20.x and higher), both in classic and container modes
  • Minimum of 3 years recent experience integrating BMC TrueSight Orchestration with various other systems, including but not limited to BMC Remedy ITSM Suite, BMC TrueSight Operations Management, BMC Discovery, and variety of other third party applications
  • ITIL 2011 (or later) Foundation
  • BMC Certified Professional – Orchestration beneficial
  • Extensive experience installing and upgrading BMC TrueSight Orchestration (version 20.x and higher) in both classic and container modes, and in highly available and multi-site resilient designs
  • Experience configuring BMC TrueSight Orchestration to integrate with Remedy AR Service (version 9.1 and higher)
  • Experience configuring BMC TrueSight Orchestration to integrate with BMC TrueSight Operations Management;
  • Experience configuring BMC TrueSight Orchestration to integrate with BMC Discovery
  • Experience configuring BMC TrueSight Orchestration to integrate with third party network and system management tools, including industry leading software defined datacentre systems, and leading software defined networking systems
  • Knowledge and experience troubleshooting integrations with BMC tools as well as third-party systems
  • Experience working on Linux and Windows servers
  • Experience configuring or administering BMC Remedy ITSM (especially CMDB) or BMC TrueSight Operations Management is beneficial
  • Understanding of ICT infrastructure solutions and underlying technology including, but not limited to, networking solutions, hypervisor solutions, storage solutions and load balancing solutions
  • Working well as part of dynamic and multi-national team
  • Being able to participate in and support meetings with various levels of stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and manage others
