What will you be doing ?

As an Account Manager, you will represent the long lasting commercial point of contact of all your customers. You ensure the solid base and the fundamental revenues of the company, by upselling and renewing contracts of our existing customers. You will be in touch with CIO’s, CFO’s and CEO’s of small and large companies, and revolutionise the way their business works!

The variety of industries and project scope will ensure you a strong and ever changing learning curve. Your primary goal is to achieve sales target by driving up customer retention and expansion.

About our Sales department...

Notre département des ventes est divisé en deux parties : Les ventes directes et les ventes indirectes. Nous recrutons des Account Managers dans les deux départements.


En Direct Sales, nous travaillons en contact direct avec les PMEs.
En Indirect Sales, nous collaborons avec Partners (Revendeurs Odoo) et utilisateurs finaux.

Main responsibilities

  • Managing a portfolio of existing clients, in Europe and Africa
  • Establish and maintain long term relationships
    with your customers
  • Analysez et comprenez en profondeur
    les projets informatiques de vos clients : vous serez leur expert commercial Odoo !
  • Identify potential/incentive future sales: increase your customers’ use of the solution by offering them the right package in Odoo
  • Demonstrate the product (new apps, features) and new versions to end-users
  • Focus on customers’ satisfaction: make sure your customers are happy with Odoo!
  • Negotiate contract renewals: from monthly to multi-year subscriptions

Must-Have


  • Un diplôme de commerce

  • Fluency in English and any other European language (Dutch, Spanish, Italian or German is an asset)
  • Strong relational & negotiation skills

  • Capacité à gérer les conflits
  • Solution-oriented

  • Solides compétences organisationnelles : vous aurez environ 150 clients à gérer !
  • 0 to 3 years of exp. in IT/Sales
  • Belgian work permit

Nice-to-Have

  • Expérience préalable en gestion de projets informatiques
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced and competitive environment.
  • Expérience préalable dans un rôle de gestion de la relation client
  • Previous experience in Sales
